Can we bring our existing church directory?
Yes. ChurchFoundry has import paths for Planning Center, Breeze, Tithe.ly and ChurchTrac. Scope differs by source; review the migration guide and the import preview before confirming.
Is a branded church app included?
A shared mobile app is available for members and staff. Your own branded app, with your church’s name and icon in the App Store and Google Play, is an optional add-on to a paid plan. See current plans and add-ons for pricing.
Do we have to sign an annual contract?
No. Monthly plans have no annual commitment and no setup fee. Annual billing is also available for paid plans, and you can cancel anytime.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a paid plan to keep its capabilities. Without an active paid plan, Free-plan capabilities and people limits apply. Existing records remain available under the applicable permissions.
Are payment processing fees included?
Software subscriptions and online giving processing are separate. Donations are processed through Stripe, and payment processing fees apply.
