Follow these steps
- Choose the appropriate communication tool: a member-feed announcement, an email, or another enabled channel.
- Write a clear title and one useful action for the recipient.
- Review the audience, permissions and contact preferences before publishing or sending.
- Check the published member-facing result and keep changes current.
Check audience and delivery
Publishing content and delivering a device notification are separate. Push delivery needs the church’s app setup and a registered device. Use only appropriate recipients when testing email or notifications.
