Before you begin

Sign in to your church workspace with permission to manage this area. Available tools depend on your plan and church configuration.

Follow these steps

  1. Open People → Connection Card and review the public form’s questions and branding.
  2. Copy the hosted link or download its QR code. Open it on a phone before printing.
  3. For WordPress, install the ChurchFoundry plugin and add its connection-card shortcode with your church’s slug.
  4. Share the WordPress page URL if visitors should stay on your website. The QR downloaded from ChurchFoundry still opens the hosted card.

If the card does not appear

Check that guest follow-up and the card are enabled, the form is public and not archived, and the church slug is correct. In WordPress, use a Shortcode block and an active, current ChurchFoundry plugin.
