Before you begin

Sign in to your church workspace with permission to manage this area. Available tools depend on your plan and church configuration.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Groups and create or choose the group. Review its name, purpose and leaders.
  2. Add the appropriate people to its membership.
  3. Create or select a meeting and record attendance for that gathering.
  4. Review the meeting and roster with the group leader before using the figures in a report.

Check the group’s boundaries

A group’s parent in the hierarchy does not inherit membership or message access. Record membership deliberately and check the selected meeting date when attendance looks wrong.
