Organize your people and families in the fictional Christ Church demonstration workspace

Before you begin

Sign in to your church workspace with permission to manage this area. Available tools depend on your plan and church configuration.

Follow these steps

  1. Open People and search before creating a record, so you can spot an existing person.
  2. Add or review the person’s contact details and membership status. A directory record does not require an app login.
  3. Connect the appropriate family members and review their relationships.
  4. Use tags and approved custom fields for the details your team needs.

Check a household together

Open a family and confirm that the right people appear with the correct contact information. If records look duplicated, review them before merging; access and identity conflicts need an authorized administrator.
