Before you begin

Sign in to your church workspace with permission to manage this area. Available tools depend on your plan and church configuration.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Planning and create or select a service plan.
  2. Review service and rehearsal times, then build the order with the appropriate songs and items.
  3. Add the serving teams and assignments, checking availability and conflicts.
  4. Review the plan before sending requests. Follow responses and update the plan as the team confirms.

Check the plan before Sunday

Review unfilled positions, pending responses and time-specific assignments. A saved plan and a sent request are different steps; confirm the intended people and times before notifying volunteers.
