Before you begin

Sign in to your church workspace with permission to manage this area. Available tools depend on your plan and church configuration.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Communication → Workflows. Name the workflow and choose its trigger.
  2. Add the conditions that must match, then add actions such as a task, tag or queued email.
  3. Save paused. Choose a person and run Preview to inspect the intended result without performing the actions.
  4. Enable the reviewed workflow. After an edit, preview and enable the new version again.

Check timing and permissions

Workflows consider new events after enabling; they do not process historical records automatically. Imported people do not trigger Person added. Actions need the relevant permissions, and email actions respect contact restrictions.
