What Breeze offers
Breeze ChMS has been rebranded as Tithely Church Management, and its site calls itself a Tithe.ly company. It lists unlimited contacts, member directories, groups, events, forms, check-in with name tags, service planning, email and text messaging, online and text giving through Tithely, attendance and giving reports, a mobile app, and phone and email support at no extra charge. A song library and SongSelect integration are an upgrade.
It charges one flat monthly price, with no tiers by church size, offers a 30-day trial and moves your data in for free. Breeze puts ease of use first, and its reviews say so. If that’s why you’re looking at it, test ChurchFoundry on the same thing with the volunteer who’ll use it most.
What to look at in ChurchFoundry
ChurchFoundry is priced by how many people are in your directory instead of one flat price, so a small church pays less and a large one more. Compare the two at your actual size.
Some things in ChurchFoundry aren’t on Breeze’s feature list: fund accounting that gifts post into on their own, streaming to YouTube and Facebook with a sermon archive, live captions translated into your congregation’s languages, pastoral care notes and counseling, appointments, and an app with your church’s own name in the app stores. Online gifts go to your church’s own Stripe account, and ChurchFoundry takes no cut; Breeze’s giving runs through Tithely, at Tithely’s rates.
Moving from Breeze
ChurchFoundry connects to Breeze with your Breeze subdomain and an API key, and brings over people, families and the giving Breeze keeps. If your gifts were processed in Tithely, that history is a separate import from Tithely’s transactions export. Either way you see a preview before anything is saved.
Compare the same scope and cost
Set Breeze’s flat price, plus any upgrade you’d need, beside ChurchFoundry’s price for your number of people, then add each one’s giving fees and what texting costs past the messages each includes. We don’t copy other companies’ prices here, and we don’t mark a feature as missing just because we couldn’t confirm it.
Use the trials to answer the practical questions
Good tests: have your least technical volunteer check in a family and print the name tags, send a text to a group, run a year-end statement for one donor, and see how each handles a family where only one parent attends.
This is a vendor-written evaluation guide: we make ChurchFoundry, so weigh it that way. Breeze is another company’s product, and we’re not affiliated with it. We read the official pages linked below on October 30, 2026.
